1. Introduction
At Lumvale Group Pty Ltd, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection and processing of your personal data.
2. Offline Software (Lumvale PDF)
Our desktop software is designed to be privacy-first and offline. We do not upload your PDF documents to any cloud server. All file processing occurs locally on your device.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect email addresses when you create an account, purchase a license, or contact support. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal) and we do not store your full credit card information.
You can delete the licence data we hold for Lumvale PDF — your email, device-ID hashes and activation records — on the delete your licence data page.
4. Google User Data (Lumvale Reach)
Lumvale Reach lets you connect your own Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads accounts so it can show you search, traffic and campaign performance reports. When you connect an account, you choose which Google permissions to grant. Reach requests read-only access to Search Console and Google Analytics data, and access to the Google Ads accounts you link.
What we access. Search Console search-performance data for the properties you select; Google Analytics 4 report data for the properties you select; and Google Ads campaign performance data for the accounts you link.
How we use it. We use this data only to provide and improve the user-facing reporting features of Lumvale Reach that you have chosen to use. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to build user profiles. We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. People at Lumvale do not read it except with your permission, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when it has been aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
How we store and share it. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored in a managed key-management service, and report data is stored in your Lumvale Reach workspace. We share Google user data only with the service providers that host Lumvale Reach, solely to run the service, or where the law requires it.
Your controls. You can disconnect a Google account in Lumvale Reach at any time, which removes the connection and its stored credentials. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. To ask us to delete Google data we hold, email privacy@lumvale.com.
Lumvale Reach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Hosted Browser Apps (Omnia and Finance)
Omnia and Finance are hosted browser apps with their own sign-in and access permissions. The desktop PDF processing description in section 2 applies to Lumvale PDF; it does not describe document or business-data processing in these hosted apps.
The Open apps directory provides links to the destination applications. It does not transfer your website credentials or grant product permissions. Finance is invite-only.
For information about a hosted app's handling of your information, review the notices provided in that app or contact privacy@lumvale.com. Before using a hosted app for sensitive work, ask us about the hosting, retention, access and deletion arrangements that apply to your intended use.
