Delete your Lumvale PDF licence data

Lumvale PDF processes your documents on your device and never uploads them. To manage your licence we keep a small amount of data, and you can ask us to delete it here.

Deletion covers:

• your email address,
• the device-ID hashes of the machines you activated, and
• your activation records.

We will email you a one-time code to confirm the address is yours. Once confirmed, deletion completes within 30 days. After deletion, Lumvale PDF will need to be activated again on any device.
